Interview Problems

Running into issues during the interview? Here are solutions to common problems.

Progress Not Saving

Auto-save should work automatically, but if not:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Don't close the browser during saves
  • Look for the "Saved" indicator
  • Try manually advancing to the next step

If data is lost:

  • Check if you're logged into the correct account
  • Contact support with details

Can't Proceed to Next Step

Validation errors:

  • Look for red error messages
  • Fill in all required fields (marked with *)
  • Check format requirements (phone numbers, emails)

Page frozen:

  • Refresh the page
  • Your progress should be saved
  • If not, try logging out and back in

Interview Restarted Unexpectedly

Session timeout:

  • Sessions expire after extended inactivity
  • Log back in to continue
  • Your data should still be there

Can't Edit Previous Sections

Navigation:

  • Use the progress bar at the top
  • Click on any completed section to edit
  • Changes save automatically

Mobile Issues

Interview optimized for desktop:

  • Some features work better on larger screens
  • Try switching to desktop if possible
  • Pinch to zoom on small text
