Progress Not Saving
Auto-save should work automatically, but if not:
- Check your internet connection
- Don't close the browser during saves
- Look for the "Saved" indicator
- Try manually advancing to the next step
If data is lost:
- Check if you're logged into the correct account
- Contact support with details
Can't Proceed to Next Step
Validation errors:
- Look for red error messages
- Fill in all required fields (marked with *)
- Check format requirements (phone numbers, emails)
Page frozen:
- Refresh the page
- Your progress should be saved
- If not, try logging out and back in
Interview Restarted Unexpectedly
Session timeout:
- Sessions expire after extended inactivity
- Log back in to continue
- Your data should still be there
