Having trouble downloading your PDF? Here are common issues and solutions.
PDF Won't Generate
Check your interview completion:
- All required sections must be complete
- Look for any validation errors
- Complete at least the basic household info
Try these steps:
- Refresh the page
- Log out and log back in
- Try a different browser
- Clear your browser cache
Download Doesn't Start
Browser blocking downloads:
- Check if your browser blocked the download
- Look for a download icon in the address bar
- Allow downloads from hrdcopy.com
Pop-up blocker:
- Temporarily disable pop-up blocker
- Add hrdcopy.com to allowed sites
PDF Opens Blank or Corrupted
Re-download:
- Delete the corrupted file
- Try downloading again
- Use a different browser
PDF reader issues:
- Update your PDF reader
- Try opening in a different app
- Use Chrome's built-in PDF viewer
