HRDCOPY provides a guided interview process to help households create personalized emergency preparedness documents ("Home Resilience Dossiers"). The Service generates print-ready PDF documents based on information you provide.

The Service is provided for informational and preparedness planning purposes only. HRDCOPY does not provide professional emergency response, medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Subscription and Payments

HRDCOPY offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all information and content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant HRDCOPY a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. HRDCOPY is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HRDCOPY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Emergency preparedness documents generated by the Service are intended as planning aids only. They are not substitutes for professional emergency services, medical care, or expert advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HRDCOPY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

HRDCOPY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
