Having trouble with your account? Here's how to resolve common issues.
Can't Log In
Forgot password:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox (and spam folder)
- Click the reset link
- Create a new password
Email not recognized:
- Check for typos
- Try other email addresses you might have used
- Contact support if you're sure it's correct
Not Receiving Emails
Check spam/junk folder:
- Add support@hardcopy.com to contacts
- Mark HRDCOPY emails as "Not Spam"
Email filters:
- Check if your email provider is filtering
- Try a different email address
Account Locked
Too many login attempts:
- Wait 15 minutes
- Try password reset
- Contact support if still locked
Change Email Address
- Log in with current email
- Go to Settings → Account
- Update your email
- Verify the new address
Two-Factor Authentication
Currently not available, but planned for a future update. Your account is protected by:
- Strong password requirements
- Session management
- Account lockout protection
