Shipping Issues

Issues with your printed manual shipment? Here's what to do.

Tracking Your Order

After ordering, you'll receive:

  1. Order confirmation email (immediate)
  2. Shipping confirmation with tracking (2-3 business days)
  3. Delivery notification

Order Status

Check your order status:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders
  2. Click on your order
  3. View tracking information

Common Issues

Haven't Received Tracking

  • Within 3 days: Normal processing time
  • After 5 days: Contact support

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check all delivery locations (porch, mailbox, etc.)
  • Contact your local post office
  • File a claim with the carrier

Wrong Address

Before shipping:

  • Contact support immediately
  • We may be able to update the address

After shipping:

  • Contact the carrier to redirect
  • You may need to reorder

Damaged Package

  • Take photos of the damage
  • Contact support@hardcopy.com
  • We'll send a replacement

Shipping Times

  • Production: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Total: 5-10 business days

International shipping may take longer.
