Tracking Your Order
After ordering, you'll receive:
- Order confirmation email (immediate)
- Shipping confirmation with tracking (2-3 business days)
- Delivery notification
Order Status
Check your order status:
- Go to Dashboard → Orders
- Click on your order
- View tracking information
Common Issues
Haven't Received Tracking
- Within 3 days: Normal processing time
- After 5 days: Contact support
Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
- Check with neighbors
- Check all delivery locations (porch, mailbox, etc.)
- Contact your local post office
- File a claim with the carrier
Wrong Address
Before shipping:
- Contact support immediately
- We may be able to update the address
After shipping:
- Contact the carrier to redirect
- You may need to reorder
Damaged Package
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact support@hardcopy.com
- We'll send a replacement
Shipping Times
- Production: 2-3 business days
- Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Total: 5-10 business days
International shipping may take longer.
