You can delete your HRDCOPY account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
- Enter your password
What Gets Deleted
- Your household profile
- All interview responses
- Generated PDFs
- Version history
- Account credentials
What's NOT Deleted
- Payment records (kept for legal/tax purposes by Stripe)
- Anonymized analytics data
- Any printed manuals already shipped
Timeline
- Account deactivated immediately
- Data deletion completed within 30 days
- Confirmation email sent when complete
Before You Delete
Consider:
- Downloading your latest PDF
- Saving any information you want to keep
- This action cannot be undone
