When to Update
Update your dossier when:
- Household changes — New baby, kids leaving home, new pet
- Address changes — Moving to a new location
- Medical changes — New conditions or medications
- Contact changes — Phone numbers, emergency contacts
- Twice a year — Even without major changes, a regular review helps
How to Update
- Sign in to your HRDCOPY account
- Go to Dashboard → Update Information
- Edit any section of your interview
- Regenerate your PDF
Your changes are saved automatically as you edit.
Regeneration Limits
- Starter (Free) — Unlimited regenerations (content limited to 2 action cards, watermarked)
- Paid Tiers — Unlimited regenerations for 12 months from purchase (full content)
Keeping Your Dossier Current
Paid tiers include 12 months of unlimited PDF regenerations. After 12 months, you can renew for $79/year to continue regenerating.
What happens at renewal time:
- You can still access your most recent PDF
- All your household data is preserved
- Without renewal, you revert to Starter content limits (2 action cards, watermarked PDF)
- You can renew anytime to restore full content access
We recommend keeping your dossier current—households change, and $79/year is a small price for peace of mind.
Version History
Paid tiers include version history, so you can:
- See how your preparedness has improved
- Track changes over time
- Revert to previous versions if needed
